Advance Health & Human Advancement (AH&HA) is seeking to advance health equity through a publicly traded corporate investment structure that provides black and indigenous healthcare enterprises with an investment framework that prioritizes the health of underserved and underrepresented communities. This corporation will help organizations of color center health equity and prioritize historically marginalized communities.
AH&HA assess health innovation solutions by how they impact health equity and invest in health innovations from creators who prioritize historically marginalized communities.
We encourage stakeholders to use health innovation investment models that support asset ownership and wealth development in marginalized communities and engage with healthcare industry influencers to help address barriers and needs in these communities.
We work alongside communities, co-developing new and effective approaches to addressing long -standing and emergent health and wellbeing challenges, particularly in low resourced environments. By strengthening systems for health, we address the needs of all people with a global health equity lens.
Health equity is achieved when every person has the opportunity to "attain his or her full health potential" and no one is "disadvantaged from achieving this potential because of social position or other socially determined circumstances.
Implementing evidence-based programs that advance health equity ensures that all people have the opportunity for long and healthy lives. AH&HA designs and implement strategies for reducing and eliminating health disparities.
Improve global health and strengthen each nation’s security through global disease detection, response, prevention, and control strategies, fostering political stability, diplomacy, and economic growth worldwide.
